Job summary

Superdrug Stores is seeking a Supervisor to oversee the Newcastle store, working 20 hours per week with potential for more hours. You will support the management team, drive sales, keep stock levels high, and ensure outstanding customer service to encourage repeat visits.

You will lead a small team, help develop colleagues, and assist in reducing shrinkage and till errors. Piercing services training is provided where required, and the role offers attractive staff benefits.

Qualifications

• Supervisory or team leader experience within a fast-paced high street retailer (preferred).
• Understanding of retail KPIs; including sales, profit and service.
• The ability to help others to develop and improve their skills.
• Willingness to carry out piercing services for our customers (training provided and not essential as part of the role).

Responsibilities

• Support the management team with day-to-day store operations and sales drive.
• Keep shelves stocked and the store looking its best while helping reduce shrinkage and till errors.
• Deliver excellent customer service to keep customers coming back.
• Lead and develop team members to improve performance and skills.
