Job summary

Superdrug Stores in Manchester is looking for a part-time Supervisor to lead a fast-paced team, drive sales and maintain exceptional store standards. You’ll support the management team with daily operations, coach colleagues, and ensure excellent customer service.

The role includes stock control, loss prevention and hitting targets in a busy retail environment. The ideal candidate will have supervisory experience, a solid understanding of KPIs, and a willingness to train in piercing services.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in a fast-paced high street retailer.
• Understanding of retail KPIs including sales, profit and service.
• Ability to help others develop and improve their skills.
• Willingness to perform piercing services (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Support the management team with day-to-day store operations.
• Drive sales and deliver excellent customer service to encourage repeat visits.
• Keep shelves stocked and the store looking its best; reduce shrinkage and till errors.
• Help the team hit targets and maintain smooth store running.
