Job summary

Superdrug Stores is seeking a Supervisor in Cardiff to lead a small team in a fast-paced retail environment. The role involves supporting management, driving sales, and delivering excellent customer service.

The position offers 16 hours per week with potential for more, flexible shifts Mon-Sun, and duties include stock, customer care, and helping reduce till errors. Training for piercing services is provided if needed.

Qualifications

• Supervisory or team-leader experience in fast-paced retail.
• Understanding of retail KPIs including sales, profit and service.
• Ability to help others develop their skills.
• Willingness to perform piercing services (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Support the management team with day-to-day store operations.
• Drive sales and deliver high-quality customer service.
• Keep shelves stocked and the store looking its best.
• Help reduce shrinkage and till errors.
• Contribute to a positive, energetic team environment.
