Job summary

Superdrug Stores in Prestatyn is seeking a Supervisor to lead a fast-paced team, drive sales and deliver outstanding customer service.

You will support the management team with day‑to‑day running, keep shelves stocked, reduce shrinkage and till errors, and help colleagues develop their skills. The role is 16 hours a week with flexible weekdays, weekends and evenings.

Training is provided; you may also offer piercing services to customers if trained, while maintaining high standards of service.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising in a fast‑paced high street retailer.
• Ability to help others develop and improve their skills.
• Willingness to carry out piercing services (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Lead a fast-paced store team to hit targets and deliver customer service.
• Support management with day-to-day running and floor leadership.
• Keep shelves stocked and store looking its best; monitor shrinkage and till accuracy.
