JD Sports Fashion is seeking an Assistant Manager to help drive store performance and deliver the premium JD experience in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will work closely with the Store Manager to lead a high-performing team, coach colleagues, and ensure customer satisfaction while meeting sales targets and operational standards. This role focuses on leadership, teamwork, and exceptional service.

Qualificações

• Experience in retail management or supervisory roles.

Responsabilidades

• Support the Store Manager with daily store operations and achieve sales targets and KPIs.
• Lead and guide shop floor colleagues, assign tasks, and uphold JD standards.
• Coach and develop team members with real-time feedback and set clear expectations.
• Maintain high presentation and operational standards, pricing accuracy, and safety.
• Carry out cash handling, till checks, stock checks, and opening/closing routines.
