Qualifications

• Experience in retail management or supervisory roles (Assistant Store Manager or Supervisor) preferred.
• Strong leadership to guide, develop, and motivate staff while aligning to store priorities.
• Ability to interpret KPI and sales data to support commercial decisions.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager with daily store operations to help achieve sales targets and core KPIs.
• Lead and guide colleagues on the shop floor, allocating tasks and maintaining JD standards.
• Assist with coaching and development, providing real-time feedback to staff.
• Maintain JD’s presentation and operational standards, including pricing accuracy and safe environment.
• Carry out core duties such as cash handling, till checks, stock audits, and opening/closing routines.
