The White Company is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in the United Kingdom to lead the store team in partnership with the Store Manager. You will translate plans into action, ensuring standards, service and performance are delivered consistently.

You will step into full leadership when required, supporting recruitment, training and development, and maintaining a premium customer experience across the floor.

Qualifications

• Experience in a supervisory or assistant management role within a retail environment.
• Confident and approachable leader who supports and develops others.
• Commercially curious with understanding of KPIs and store priorities.
