Job summary

The White Company is seeking a Store Manager in Greater London to drive the overall success of the store. You will balance commercial performance with people-led leadership, owning the customer experience, visual standards, and operational delivery to reflect the brand.

This role progresses from delivering results personally to enabling sustained performance through others, shaping culture and coaching the team for long-term success.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading a premium or lifestyle retail store.
• Strong customer experience focus and brand guardianship.
• Ability to coach and develop a high-performing team.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer and brand experience, ensuring premium service.
• Own store performance including sales, payroll, stock and profit, with cost controls.
• Build training culture and develop talent through coaching and feedback.
• Collaborate with neighbourhood retailers and local stakeholders to support store success.
• Ensure store presentation and visual standards are consistently excellent.
