Job summary

The White Company in the United Kingdom seeks a Supervisor to provide visible leadership on the shop floor, helping the team deliver excellent customer experiences and strong day-to-day performance. You will translate priorities into action and support others to perform consistently.

You’ll guide and coach colleagues, contribute to a positive, inclusive team culture, monitor KPIs, support promotions, and champion brand values while maintaining high standards of service and presentation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in retail or service-led environments.
• Ability to inspire through warmth, communication, and example.
• Confident and proactive with solution-focused mindset.
• Well organised, efficient and detail oriented.
• Motivated to develop leadership and commercial skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example in delivering warm, personal, and brand-led customer experiences.
• Coach and support team during shifts, setting clear expectations.
• Support onboarding and training of new starters.
• Review basic sales KPIs and help focus on priorities.
• Champion the digital store experience and cross-channel service.
• Escalate issues clearly to store management when needed.
