Job summary

White Stuff in the United Kingdom is seeking a proactive Shop Manager to take overall responsibility for a busy retail location. You will drive commercial performance, lead and develop your team, and ensure customers enjoy an outstanding shopping experience that reflects our brand values.

You will report to the Cluster Manager within the Retail team, coaching staff, managing budgets, and coordinating promotions while maintaining excellent visual standards and product presentation.

Responsibilities

• Report to Cluster Manager within Retail team.
• Lead customer experience through training and coaching.
• Drive multichannel shopping and endless aisle orders.
• Maintain brand standards and visual merchandising.
• Manage shop floor layout and KPI analysis.
• Lead stock delivery, replenishment, and stock takes.
• Coordinate promotions and key trading weeks.
• Develop and manage a high-performing team.
