Job summary

The North Face store in Bicester Village, part of VF Corporation, is seeking a Store Supervisor to lead frontline teams and enhance customer experience. This full-time role focuses on sales, service, and brand standards within a supportive team environment.

You will work with the Store Manager to coach staff, ensure store readiness, and uphold operational policies while aiming to meet KPIs. Weekend and holiday flexibility is required as part of a busy retail schedule.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Retail background with fashion or lifestyle experience preferred.
• Experience opening and closing a store and taking charge when needed.
• Proficient in MS Office and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Support the management team to drive sales and profitability.
• Coach and motivate sales associates to deliver high levels of customer service.
• Keep the store looking great and maintain brand visual merchandising standards.
• Ensure operational policies and procedures are respected.
• Understand and contribute to store KPIs to help achieve targets.
