Job summary

The North Face in Leeds is looking for a Store Supervisor to lead from the front, drive customer experience, and support the store team. You will bridge store management and sales associates, guide service standards, and uphold visual merchandising and operational processes.

As a supervisor you’ll coach staff, manage opening/closing duties, and help the store hit KPIs while adapting to busy weekend/evening shifts and upholding VF’s guiding principles of integrity and curiosity.

Qualifications

• Strong people skills and focus on delivering excellent customer service.
• Experience opening and closing a store.
• Retail fashion or lifestyle background preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Proficient with MS Office and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Support the management team to drive sales and profitability.
• Coach and motivate sales associates to deliver high levels of customer service.
• Ensure store looks great and follows brand visual merchandising.
• Maintain operational policies and procedures.
• Understand store KPIs and help achieve them.
