Job summary

The North Face in Leeds is seeking a Store Supervisor to drive consumer experience and sales, bridging store management and sales associates. This entry-level management role supports the Store and Assistant Store Manager and helps ensure the store meets brand standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail environment is a plus.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Willingness to work weekends, evenings and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store and Assistant Store Manager to drive sales and profitability.
• Coach and motivate sales associates to deliver high levels of customer service.
• Maintain store appearance and ensure brand visual merchandising standards.
• Ensure operational policies and procedures are followed.
• Monitor and help achieve store KPIs.
