Job summary

The North Face store in Leeds is seeking a motivated Store Supervisor to support the Store and Assistant Store Manager, driving sales and delivering a high-quality customer experience. You will coach staff, maintain store presentation, and uphold VF's guidelines in daily operations.

Ideal candidates will bring retail experience, especially in fashion or lifestyle, with strong English communication and a hands-on leadership style. Weekend and evening availability is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, preferably fashion or lifestyle.
• Strong communication in English, both written and verbal.
• Ability to open/close a store and take charge when needed.

Responsibilities

• Support management to drive sales and profitability.
• Coach and motivate sales associates to deliver high levels of customer service.
• Ensure the store is visually appealing and adheres to brand standards.
• Ensure adherence to operational policies and procedures.
• Understand store KPIs and contribute to achieving them.
