Job summary

The North Face is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our Bicester Village store. You will support the Store Manager to drive sales, lead a team, and deliver a memorable customer experience that reflects our brand standards.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Experience opening and closing a store.
• Willing to work weekends, evenings and holidays.
• Mentor and coach sales associates.
• Proficient with MS Office and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and profitability in line with Store Manager.
• Mentor and coach sales associates.
• Assist in implementing retail processes and seek improvements.
• Oversee inventory and P&L procedures.
• Monitor KPIs and report performance.
• Ensure store appearance aligns with brand guidelines.
• Provide cover in the Store Manager's absence.
