Job summary

The North Face at Bicester Village is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager and drive a memorable customer experience. You will lead a team, mentor sales associates and ensure store standards align with brand guidelines.

You will help manage inventory, reporting KPIs, and cover for the Store Manager as needed, including weekend/evening shifts. A proactive, customer-focused approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in leading a retail team and delivering excellent customer service.
• Ability to open/close store and manage shifts.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Proficient in MS Office and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and profitability in synergy with the Store Manager.
• Mentor, coach and develop sales associates.
• Assist in implementing retail processes and seek improvements.
