Job summary

VF Corporation's The North Face in Kingston upon Thames is seeking a Store Manager to lead a customer‑centred retail team and drive sales while upholding brand standards.

You will mentor staff, optimise store operations, manage inventory and KPIs, and ensure an engaging, high‑quality shopping experience for every guest. You’ll collaborate with colleagues across Europe and contribute to a culture of integrity, curiosity and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Experience running a store including budgeting and planning.
• Proactive, resilient and self-driven.

Responsibilities

• Leading, motivating and mentoring your store team to drive a customer first approach
• Implementing established retail processes whilst looking for ways to improve them
• Keeping on top of core retail operational procedures such as inventory and P&L
• Reporting performance metrics and KPIs to improve store results
• Ensuring the store looks great in line with brand visual merchandising guidelines
