Lush is seeking a dedicated Supervisor for our Spa Store on Oxford Street. You will lead a team, coach staff, and ensure outstanding customer service while maintaining store standards and visual appeal.

In this role you’ll mentor colleagues, drive sales, organise events, and uphold health and safety compliance across all opening hours. A passion for helping customers and a collaborative leadership style are essential.
