Lush Handmade Cosmetics on Oxford Street is seeking a Supervisor to lead the shop floor, drive sales, and coach a high-performing team. You will deliver outstanding service, manage daily operations, and collaborate with the store manager and nearby stores to exceed targets.

The role focuses on staff development, health and safety, and delivering a memorable customer experience across all opening hours. The position offers permanent, full-time hours at an hourly rate.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the sales team with coaching and feedback.
• Engage with customers and provide tailored product recommendations.
• Maintain a clean, organized shop floor with seasonal displays.
• Support store manager to achieve sales targets.
• Organise in-store events and customer celebrations.
• Train and develop staff, assist recruitment and onboarding.
• Lead in the store manager's absence and ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure health and safety and store compliance.
• Pursue personal development and share ideas to improve the shop floor.
