Job summary

Lush Ltd. is seeking a capable Supervisor to lead the sales team and deliver exceptional customer experiences in our Northampton store.

You will foster a positive shop floor atmosphere, coach colleagues, and collaborate with the store manager and nearby stores to achieve shared goals. You will drive team development, ensure smooth daily operations, and maintain high standards across opening hours while upholding health and safety.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the sales team to deliver exceptional customer service through coaching and feedback.
• Engage with customers with a warm welcome, ask open questions, and provide tailored recommendations.
• Maintain a clean, visually appealing shop floor and well-stocked shelves.
• Support the store manager in hitting sales targets through team motivation and initiatives.
• Organise in-store events and celebrations to enhance customer experience and drive growth.
• Provide training and development for team members and assist with recruitment and onboarding of new staff.
• Cover store leadership in the manager’s absence and ensure smooth daily operations.
• Ensure health and safety standards and store compliance are maintained.
• Seek opportunities for personal development through training and cross-store collaboration.
