Job summary

Robert Dyas is seeking a Store Supervisor to support the store management team, driving turnover and lean operations while delivering excellent customer service. You will lead by example and share product knowledge with our customers, acting as a brand ambassador.

You will train colleagues, uphold visual merchandising standards, and ensure the security of all systems. The role includes responsibilities during the absence of the Store/Assistant Manager and strives to meet KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Act as an ambassador for Robert Dyas and Theo Paphitis Retail Group.
• Provide a high level of customer service to position Robert Dyas as a go-to high street store.
• Assist with training of colleagues to maximise team performance.
• Ensure security and accuracy of all company systems and that systems are used by the team.
• Promote high visual merchandising standards; maintain store housekeeping to a high level.
• In the absence of the Store/Assistant Manager, take accountability for store safety and drive KPI-focused sales.
