Robert Dyas is seeking a Store Supervisor to support the store management team, drive turnover and revenues from the store, and act as the ambassador of the Robert Dyas brand. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service and upholding brand standards.

The successful candidate will learn about every aspect of the business and have the opportunity for development into more senior roles within the company. A strong team environment and ongoing incentives are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail customer service is preferred.
• Ability to learn quickly and represent the brand.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as an ambassador for Robert Dyas and share knowledge with customers.
• Provide a high level of customer service to make Robert Dyas a go-to high street store.
• Support store management in achieving turnover and KPIs.
• Assist with training of colleagues and use available tools to maximise team performance.
• Maintain security and accuracy of all company systems and ensure proper system usage.
• Promote high visual merchandising standards and keep store housekeeping at a high level.
