Robert Dyas is seeking a Store Manager to lead a store team, drive sales, and deliver exceptional customer service. You will bridge central strategy with in-store execution, guiding a high-performing leadership bench to achieve profitability and growth.

You will inspire, recruit, and develop talent, maintain excellent store standards, and analyse KPIs to improve performance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven success in a multi-site or high-volume retail environment.
• Strong commercial acumen with ability to interpret financial reports and data.
• Excellent communication skills to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Leadership and people-management experience.
