Robert Dyas is seeking a Store Supervisor to support the store management team, driving turnover and revenues with lean principles while focusing on exceptional customer service and brand standards.

Join a multi-channel retailer with almost 100 stores across Southern England, offering training, progression, and a pension scheme. You will lead by example and mentor colleagues to deliver outstanding shopping experiences.

Responsabilités

• Act as an ambassador for Robert Dyas and the Theo Paphitis Retail Group, showing interest in learning the business and sharing knowledge with customers
• Contribute to making Robert Dyas a go-to place on the High Street by providing a consistent high level of customer service
• Drive a culture of excellent customer service, ensuring all team members engage with customers enthusiastically; assist with training using available tools
• Ensure the security and accuracy of all company systems and ensure that all systems are used by staff per company policies
• Promote high visual merchandising standards; maintain store housekeeping to a high standard
• In the absence of the Store/Assistant Manager, take accountability for safety, security, and driving sales to meet KPIs; liaise with Retail Support Centre as needed
