Robert Dyas is seeking a Store Supervisor to support the store management team and drive turnover and revenues using lean principles. You will be an ambassador of the Robert Dyas brand, delivering exceptional customer service and training to the team.

You will contribute to maintaining visual standards and store housekeeping, while ensuring policy compliance and safety across the branch. This role offers training, progression, and a supportive team environment within a growing multi-channel

Qualifications

• Act as ambassador for Robert Dyas by sharing knowledge with customers.
• Provide a high level of customer service to become a go-to store on the High Street.
• Support store management and team with training and performance.
• Ensure security and accuracy of company systems and adherence to policies.
• Maintain high visual merchandising and store housekeeping standards.

Responsibilities

• Act as ambassador for Robert Dyas and Theo Paphitis Retail Group to customers.
• Provide a consistent high level of customer service to attract customers.
• Drive a culture of excellent service and assist with colleague training.
• Ensure security and proper use of company systems by the team.
• Promote high visual merchandising and housekeeping standards.
• In absence of Store/Assistant Manager, take accountability for safety and branch operations.
