Robert Dyas is seeking a Store Supervisor in Oxford to support the store management team and drive turnover using lean principles. You will be an ambassador for the Robert Dyas brand, emphasising exceptional customer service and team development.

You will lead by example, promote strong visual merchandising, ensure policy compliance, and step in for the Store/Assistant Manager when needed to safeguard staff and assets while pushing towards KPIs.

Responsabilités

• Act as a brand ambassador for Robert Dyas, learning the business and sharing knowledge with customers.
• Deliver consistent high levels of customer service to position Robert Dyas as a go-to High Street retailer.
• Support training of colleagues and maximise team performance using available tools.
• Ensure security and accuracy of all company systems and policy compliance.
• Promote high visual merchandising and maintain store housekeeping standards.
• In absence of Store/Assistant Manager, take accountability for safety, drive sales and KPI achievement.
