Robert Dyas is seeking a Store Supervisor in Oxford. You will work 37 hours per week supporting the store management team, driving turnover and revenues through lean principles, and representing the Robert Dyas brand with customers.

You will help deliver excellent customer service, contribute to training colleagues, and ensure store systems are used correctly. There are clear opportunities for progression and ongoing development within the business.

Aufgaben

• Act as ambassador for Robert Dyas and Theo Paphitis Retail Group, learn the business, share knowledge with customers
• Deliver high level customer service to make Robert Dyas a go-to High Street retailer
• Help train colleagues and use tools to maximise team performance
• Ensure security and accuracy of all company systems and that policies are followed
• Maintain high visual merchandising and store housekeeping standards
• In the absence of Store/Assistant Manager, assume accountability for safety and branch operations, motivate staff to drive sales and KPIs
