POP MART is looking for a Store Supervisor in Cambridge to lead the store alongside the Store Manager. You will oversee daily operations, supervise a sales team, and ensure top-notch customer service while meeting company standards.

The role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and hands-on management of inventory, merchandising, and reporting. A flexible schedule including weekends and holidays is expected.

Qualifications

• Fluent in professional English; strong verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Act as the store-in-charge, overseeing all aspects of store operations.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues or complaints.
• Train and supervise the sales team, ensuring adherence to policies.
• Collaborate with Store Manager to develop strategies to achieve sales targets.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment with merchandising team.
• Control stock discrepancy and prevent shoplifting.
• Own visual merchandising; maintain high store tidiness and cleanliness.
• Manage cashier opening and closing procedures.
• Conduct staff meetings to communicate goals and updates.
• Assist in recruitment, evaluate performance, and train new team members.
• Perform rota scheduling and sales reporting; be flexible for hours.
