POP MART UK CORPORATION LTD is seeking a Store Supervisor to join the Cambridge store, reporting to the Store Manager. You will oversee daily retail operations and ensure the sales team delivers POP MART's high service standards.

The role requires strong organisational and communication skills, a passion for designer collectibles, and a hands-on approach to retail management. This is a full-time position with a 40-hour workweek.

The Role and Candidate

We are searching for a Supervisor to work alongside our Store Manager in our Cambridge Store! This is a key role in managing the store in all aspects of retail operations and ensuring the sales team provides exceptional customer service that meets POP MART’s standards. This leadership position requires strong organisational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for retail management. Your enthusiasm for designer collectible pieces will make you a competitive candidate. The position reports to and receives functional guidance from the Store Manager.
