Job summary

POP MART Cambridge is seeking a Store Supervisor to join our in-store leadership team. You will oversee daily retail operations, supervise the sales team, and ensure POP MART’s high standards of customer service and visual merchandising are met.

Responsibilities include staffing, training, driving sales targets, managing stock, and coordinating with the Store Manager to deliver exceptional shopping experiences at our Cambridge store.

Responsibilities

• Act as the store-in-charge, overseeing all aspects of store operations.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer issues or complaints.
• Train and supervise the sales team, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop strategies for achieving sales targets.
• Closely monitor inventory levels and coordinate with merchandising and management for replenishment.
• Control stock discrepancies by monitoring inventory and preventing shoplifting.
• Own visual merchandising and ensure tidiness and cleanliness at the highest level.
• Manage the cashier point’s daily opening and closing procedures.
• Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals, expectations, and updates.
• Assist in recruitment, evaluation of potential candidates’ performance, and training new team members.
• Perform administrative tasks such as rota scheduling and sales reporting.
• Be available to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

The Role and Candidate

We are searching for a Supervisor to work alongside our Store Manager in our Cambridge Store! This is a key role in managing the store in all aspects of retail operations and ensuring the sales team provides exceptional customer service that meets POP MART’s standards. This leadership position requires strong organisational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for retail management. Your enthusiasm for designer collectible pieces will make you a competitive candidate. The position reports to and receives functional guidance from the Store Manager.
