Job summary

Timberland in Sheffield is seeking a Store Supervisor for a fixed-term 12-month period to lead the team and drive consumer experience. You will bridge store management and sales associates, ensuring outstanding service and store standards.

You’ll coach staff, support opening and closing duties, and help achieve KPIs while maintaining our brand’s retail guidelines. A retail background in fashion or lifestyle and strong English communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Experience opening and closing a store.
• Retail background in fashion or lifestyle.
• Proficient in MS Office and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the management team to drive sales and profitability
• Coaching and motivating the sales associates to deliver high levels of customer service, ensuring the store is always customer-ready
• Making sure your store looks great, maintaining all retail operation standards in line with the brand’s visual merchandising guidelines
• Ensuring operational policies and procedures are respected
• Understanding your store’s KPIs and playing your part to ensure they are achieved
