Job summary

Timberland, part of VF Corporation, is seeking a Store Supervisor for our East Midlands outlet in Alfreton. You will bridge the store management and sales teams to drive service and sales, while maintaining brand standards and a positive customer experience.

The role requires opening/closing the store, coaching staff, and ensuring weekend/evening/holiday availability. A retail background in fashion or lifestyle and strong English communication are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in opening and closing a store and taking charge when needed.
• Retail background with fashion or lifestyle experience.
• Excellent written and verbal English.
• Proficient in MS Office and POS systems.
• Flexible for weekends, evenings and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support the management team to drive sales and profitability.
• Coach and motivate sales associates to deliver high levels of customer service.
• Ensure store looks great and maintains retail operation standards.
• Ensure compliance with operational policies and procedures.
• Monitor store KPIs and help achieve them.
