Job summary

Timberland’s Outlet Store in Alfreton, East Midlands, is seeking a Store Supervisor on a fixed-term 12-month contract. You will bridge store management and sales associates, lead by example, and help shape a memorable consumer experience in our footwear and lifestyle brand.

As part of a hands-on leadership team, you’ll coach staff, drive sales, ensure store presentation meets brand standards, and uphold operational policies while working flexible hours including weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising a team in a retail environment.
• Experience opening and closing a store.
• Retail background in fashion or lifestyle preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store and Assistant Store Manager to drive sales and profitability.
• Coach and motivate sales associates to deliver high levels of customer service.
• Maintain store standards and visual merchandising in line with brand guidelines.
• Ensure policies and procedures are followed and KPIs are met.
