Job summary

Timberland in Manchester is seeking a Store Supervisor on a permanent part-time basis (32 hours) to lead front-line teams and drive outstanding customer experience. You will bridge store management and sales associates, ensuring high service levels and profitable operations.

The ideal candidate has hands-on retail experience, strong English communication, and is comfortable with opening/closing duties, POS systems, and MS Office. Weekend and holiday flexibility is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in opening and closing a store.
• Retail background with fashion or lifestyle experience.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Proficient with MS Office and POS systems.
• Willing to work weekends, evenings and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support the management team to drive sales and profitability.
• Coach and motivate sales associates to deliver high levels of customer service.
• Ensure store looks great and complies with brand visual merchandising guidelines.
• Ensure operational policies and procedures are followed.
• Understand store KPIs and help achieve them.
