Job summary

Timberland is seeking a Store Supervisor in Manchester (permanent, part-time 32 hours) to lead frontline sales and customer experience. You will support management, coach sales associates, and ensure store standards align with the brand.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong English communication, retail experience, and flexibility to work weekends, evenings and holidays. Proficiency with MS Office and POS systems is a plus; a passion for delivering outstanding service is essential.

Qualifications

• You love interacting with people and set a hands-on example.
• You can talk to people and create a supportive environment that delivers great service.
• You have experience opening/closing a store and taking charge when needed.
• Ideally from retail with fashion or lifestyle experience.
• Excellent written and verbal English; MS Office and POS experience.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the management team to drive sales and profitability
• Coaching and motivating the sales associates to deliver high levels of customer service, ensuring the store is always customer-ready
• Making sure your store looks great, maintaining all retail operation standards in line with the brand’s visual merchandising guidelines
• Ensuring operational policies and procedures are respected
• Understanding your store’s KPIs and playing your part to ensure they are achieved
