Job summary

Timberland is seeking a Store Supervisor for our East Midlands outlet in Alfreton for a fixed-term 12-month period. You will bridge store management and sales teams to drive service and sales, while upholding brand standards and policies.

You will lead by example, coach staff, and ensure store readiness, including opening/closing duties and period-end checks. Strong English communication and MS Office/POS proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
• Hands-on approach with a customer-focused mindset.
• Experience in opening/closing store operations.

Responsibilities

• Support the management team to drive sales and profitability.
• Coach and motivate sales associates to deliver high levels of customer service.
• Ensure store looks great and adheres to visual merchandising guidelines.
• Maintain operational policies and procedures.
• Monitor KPIs and contribute to achieving them.
