Job summary

Lidl GB is looking for a Retail Shift Manager in Salisbury to lead teams across day and night shifts, ensuring high standards and exceptional customer experiences. Youll drive performance, delegate tasks, and take responsibility for store operations during your shifts.

You will be rewarded with an hourly rate of £15.45–£15.95 (35 hour contract), bank holiday uplift, and a benefits package designed to support your wellbeing and life outside Lidl.

Qualifications

• Experience in leading a sizeable team in a busy environment.
• Ability to delegate tasks and motivate colleagues.
• Calm under pressure with a proactive attitude.
• Strong store operations knowledge and cash handling skills.

Responsibilities

• Motivate and support your team and lead by example.
• Delegate tasks and solve problems quickly to keep shifts running smoothly.
• Create an environment where colleagues can succeed and develop.
• Manage store operations in the absence of Store Manager and Deputy Store Manager.
• Oversee freshness, cash processes, inventory, and stock management during shifts.
