Job summary

Lidl GB is seeking a Retail Shift Manager in the United Kingdom. You will lead a shop team, drive day-to-day store operations, and uphold Lidl’s high standards in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Motivate and support your team, learning from Leadership and Company Principles.
• Swiftly solve problems and delegate tasks.
• Create an environment where colleagues can succeed alongside you.
• Manage operations within your Store and colleagues in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Handle freshness, cash processes, inventory and stock management to ensure shifts run smoothly.
• Deliver the best possible experience to customers every visit.
