Job summary

Lidl GB is seeking a Retail Shift Manager to lead a busy store floor and motivate your team to deliver great customer experiences. You’ll manage operations, delegate tasks, and step in for Store Manager when needed, in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll receive a competitive hourly rate (£15.45–£15.95) with enhanced shifts pay on bank holidays and night work, plus a benefits package including holiday entitlement and staff discounts.
