Job summary

Lidl GB in Southampton is seeking a Retail Shift Manager to lead a busy store, motivate the team and ensure smooth operations across AM and PM shifts. You’ll drive performance on the shop floor and uphold Lidl’s standards day in, day out.

The position offers a competitive hourly rate of £15.45–£15.95, with enhanced pay for bank holidays and night shifts, plus a generous holiday allowance and benefits package to support well-being.
