Job summary

Lidl GB is seeking a Retail Shift Manager to lead a busy team on daily shifts. You’ll motivate staff, delegate tasks, and uphold store standards in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll take responsibility for operations when senior managers are absent and strive to provide excellent service to every customer. With attractive pay (£15.45–£15.95 per hour), bank holiday enhancements, and an in-store discount, Lidl GB offers solid progression and a supportive culture.

• Manage store operations and cover for Store Manager duties when required.
• Oversee freshness, cash processes, inventory and stock to keep shifts running smoothly.
• Deliver the best customer experience on every visit to your store.
