One Stop Stores Ltd is seeking a Shift Leader to help deliver the easiest shopping trip for customers. You will coordinate a team, handle opening/closing duties, manage queries in the absence of the Store Manager, and support community-focused events. The role emphasizes customer service, store presentation, and efficient replenishment.

You will act as a keyholder, ensure health and safety routines, and maintain strong communication within the team, striving to improve customer experience daily.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the team to deliver efficient shopping experiences for customers.
• Open/close the store and manage duty cover with safety and customers in mind.
• Be the go-to person for day-to-day operational queries in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Support events and maintain a clean, well-presented store.
• Ensure prices and shelf labels reflect what good looks like and manageable replenishment.
• Manage queues and balance priorities with staff breaks around trade patterns.
• Assist with absence management and ensure proper communication across shifts.
• Act as a keyholder for alarm responses and store security.
