You’ll cover the Manager’s absence, make balanced decisions, coach teammates, and stay curious to serve customers and communities. Applicants should be 18+, have experience in fast-paced retail leadership, be clear communicators, and build inclusive, supportive teams.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older
• Experience leading in a fast-paced retail environment
• Be a strong role model with a passion for delivering great service

• Clear communicator using a variety of methods to keep the team well informed

Responsibilities

• Lead the team to deliver a great in-store experience for customers.
• Work across all areas of the store and with colleagues, the go-to person for day-to-day operational queries.

• Confidently lead the store in the Manager’s absence.
