Job summary

Tesco Shift Lead in-store role is to lead the team and deliver a great customer experience. You'll coach colleagues across all store areas, act as the go-to person for daily queries, and build inclusive relationships to help the team perform at their best.

In the absence of the Store Manager, you will lead confidently, make balanced decisions, and adapt well to change, while staying curious about serving customers and communities.

• Experience working in a team lead or management position in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Be a strong role model with a passion for delivering great service and ensuring every customer's needs are met.
• Build positive, long-lasting relationships to create an inclusive, supportive team environment.
• A clear communicator, using a variety of methods to keep the team well informed.
• A natural leader who motivates and inspires the team to deliver outstanding results.
