Tesco is hiring a Shift Lead to guide in-store teams and deliver a great customer experience across all areas of the store in the United Kingdom. You’ll lead daily operations, manage shifts within the availability windows, and act as the go-to person for urgent queries, while promoting inclusivity and excellent service.

Shift Lead pay starts at £15.59 per hour, rising to £16.86 in stores within the M25. You must be 18 or over to apply, and the role supports flexible working and development

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Able to work flexibly and lead by example.

• Leading the team to deliver a great experience for customers in-store.
• Working across all areas of the store and with all colleagues, being the go-to person for day-to-day operational queries.
• Building positive, inclusive relationships that help colleagues perform at their best.
• Confidently leading the store in the Manager's absence.
