Job summary

Tesco is seeking a Shift Lead to guide store teams in delivering excellent customer experiences. You’ll lead daily operations, support colleagues, and act as the manager in their absence, with a focus on service, inclusion, and operational excellence. Flexible hours and a minimum guaranteed 16 hours per week are available, with some roles starting from 12 hours.

• To be over 18 for this role.

• Leading the team to deliver a great experience for customers in-store.

• Confidently leading the store in the Manager’s absence.
