Job summary

PUMA UNITED KINGDOM LTD is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily operations, drive sales, and coach a frontline team. You will ensure exceptional customer experiences, maintain merchandising standards, and manage inventory and cash processes on the shop floor.

The role focuses on achieving KPI targets, coaching staff, and upholding Puma’s brand standards in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Proven track record achieving sales targets and KPIs in retail.
• Strong customer service skills and conflict resolution.
• Experience recruiting, training and developing retail staff.
• Knowledge of stock management, visual merchandising and shrink control.
• Proficient with retail POS systems and reporting tools.
• Able to communicate clearly with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive and achieve sales, KPIs and profitability on the shop floor.
• Provide excellent customer service and engage customers in product selection.
• Lead, train and coach store team to meet targets and standards.
• Oversee cash handling, transactions and receipts with accuracy.
• Maintain merchandising standards and VM compliance.
• Generate sales reports and insights to improve performance.
