Responsibilities

• Drive and achieve sales, KPIs, and profitability goals.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and engagement on the sales floor.
• Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures and pre-sale preparation.
• Manage stock levels, conduct inventory counts, and ensure product availability on the sales floor.
• Maintain store presentation and visual merchandising standards.
• Prepare and analyze sales reports, and provide insights to improve performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
• Foster effective communication within the team and with other departments.
• Understand product purposes, properties, care rules, and pricing; offer substitutes and related products.
• Manage stock levels on the sales floor and ensure sizes and styles are available.
• Proficiency in retail software and POS systems.
• Adhere to safety, hygiene standards, and company policies.
• Demonstrate self-leadership and the ability to manage emotions and challenges.
