Morrisons is seeking an Operations Manager to keep our stores running smoothly, safely, and efficiently every day. Deputising for the Store Manager, you’ll lead from the front to create a welcoming, inclusive environment where every colleague feels valued and supported.

You’ll take ownership of store operations, drive high standards and coaching department managers to build a confident, high‑performing team.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in the retail industry.
• Track record of leading a large, fast-paced store operation.
• Strong coaching and people development skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead and empower the store team across departments with clear development plans.
• Ensure standards are high, safe, and legal, including food safety and hygiene.
• Drive sales and stock availability by reviewing data and optimizing resources.
• Listen to customer feedback and implement service improvements.
