Morrisons in the United Kingdom is seeking an Operations Manager to keep stores running smoothly, safely, and efficiently. Deputising for the Store Manager, you’ll lead from the front to create a welcoming, inclusive environment where every colleague feels valued, supported, and ready to succeed.

You’ll develop and coach department managers, ensure food safety and legal standards, drive sales and stock availability, and act on customer feedback to continually improve service across the store.
